Marcella Lounge chair

The Marcella lounge chair is designed by Danish designer Povl Eskildsen, with a strong focus on proportions, comfort and refined detailing. The result is a lounge chair with a calm, timeless appearance and a distinctive sense of balance.

The frame combines solid A-grade teak with slim aluminium accents, creating a light and contemporary silhouette. The seat and backrest are finished with handwoven rope, enhancing both comfort and visual appeal.

Together with the Marcella lounge 3-seater and modular elements, the lounge chair allows for flexible configurations. When combined with matching coffee tables and side tables, it creates a complete and inviting outdoor lounge setting.

Materials – Marcella lounge chair

The Marcella lounge chair is built from a carefully selected combination of high-quality materials.

The rope is handwoven from colourfast and UV-resistant polypropylene. It has a soft, textile-like feel and dries quickly after rain, making it highly suitable for outdoor use.

The teak is sourced from responsibly managed plantations and selected for its stability, grain and long lifespan.

Cushions – Marcella lounge chair

The Marcella lounge chair is supplied as standard with custom-made Agora cushions in the colour Ash. This premium outdoor fabric is known for its durability, colour fastness and comfortable feel.

The cushions feature a breathable, water-repellent inner cover that prevents moisture from penetrating the foam. The filling consists of high-quality foam without calcium carbonate, ensuring long-lasting comfort and preventing premature wear.

For additional personalisation, cushion covers are available in a wide range of Sunbrella® and Agora® fabrics, allowing the look to be tailored to your outdoor space.
