The Kate folding chair combines the teak with Textilene © in the classic colors black or white but also with a slightly more natural shade such as taupe. The Kate folding chair proves once again that design and functionality can be harmoniously combined.
The Kate folding chair is part of the outdoor Kate series, offering stacking chairs, folding chairs and loungers for a harmoniously composed outdoor space.
Both the Textilene © and teak are ideal materials for outdoor use and are particularly weather resistant. The polymer fabric, Textilene © is coated with PVC before being woven and fused together and is therefore enormously dimensionally stable and hardwearing, even when exposed to heat. Also, the fabric is UV and color resistant, breathable and quick drying.
The teak used for the Kate folding chair comes from sustainably managed plantations and is naturally resistant to rot and mold thanks to the oils it contains. Over time, teak develops a natural, silver-gray patina.
