Kate stacking chair

The Kate stacking chair is designed as a comfortable and durable outdoor dining chair with a light, contemporary character. Thanks to its stackable design, multiple chairs can be stored easily and compactly, making it suitable for both smaller terraces and balconies as well as situations where flexibility is required.

The frame is crafted from solid A-grade teak and finished with stainless steel connections, ensuring stability and long-term durability.

The seat and backrest are made from Textilene® or Phifertex®, depending on the selected colour. The backrest is slightly reclined, which not only enhances the overall design but also provides a comfortable and supportive seating position.

The Kate stacking chair is available in four colours:

• Cloud – Phifertex® PVC/Olefin

The Cloud version is made from Phifertex®, a premium PVC/Olefin blend known for its strength and comfortable feel. The light colour tone gives the chair a modern and calm appearance with a subtle nautical character.

Textilene® is a durable outdoor material that is UV-resistant, colourfast and quick drying. It is highly wear-resistant and easy to maintain, making it ideal for intensive outdoor use.

Custom-made cushions are available for the Kate stacking chair, enhancing seating comfort.

CCE 50 – Elegant model
A comfortable seat cushion with refined finishing and a classic appearance.

CFE47-double – Elegant model
A full cushion with both seat and back support, designed in a stylish Elegant finish for added comfort and support.

CFM47-double – Michelin model
A seat and back cushion with stitched channels, offering a lighter and more contemporary look.

The cushions are available in a wide range of premium Sunbrella® and Agora® fabrics. These outdoor fabrics are known for their durability, colour fastness and ease of maintenance, allowing the chair to be tailored to the style of your garden or terrace.

Kate collection

The Kate stacking chair is part of the Kate collection by Traditional Teak. The range includes deckchairs, recliners, folding chairs, director chairs, benches and sun loungers.

In addition, the Kate stacking chair pairs perfectly with all tables from the Traditional Teak collection.

Sustainability and materials

The Kate stacking chair is crafted from solid A-grade teak sourced from responsibly managed plantations. The wood is carefully selected for its stability, grain quality and long lifespan.

Teak is naturally resistant to moisture, mould and decay due to its high oil content, making it particularly suitable for outdoor use.

Over time, untreated teak will develop a natural silver-grey patina. This is purely aesthetic and does not affect the quality or durability of the furniture.

The combination with Textilene® or Phifertex® results in a low-maintenance and durable chair designed for long-term use.
